Wayne Kalish brings a unique blend of financial, business management, real estate and advisory knowledge to Arcadia. Wayne is a licensed CPA for the State of Florida. He holds an M.B.A. from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and an undergraduate degree in business with an accounting concentration from the University of Central Florida.

He began his professional career with KPMG progressing to the position of Senior Audit Manager. Wayne then served as Vice President, Accounting and Corporate Planning and Analysis at Darden Restaurants, Inc., the world’s largest publicly traded casual dining restaurant company, and as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for publicly-traded Ruby Tuesday Restaurant Group. Moving into the real estate industry, Wayne served as the Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Tavistock Group, a globally focused private equity firm, then as Chief Financial Officer at Concord Management, a 32,000 unit apartment management company. 

Over the last ten or so years Wayne has served as an independent contractor Chief Financial Officer, specializing in the sale of owner-managed businesses to private equity companies. He has also privately invested in the real estate industry, recently heading up the approximate $75 million capital raise for the under development Reedy Lake Estates proposed luxury home subdivision, adjacent to Orlando’s Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom property.
